Lowering the Age-Range from 4 Years to 3 Years.

Dear families,

I am delighted to announce that from September 2026, St Helen’s Catholic Infant School will educate children from 3 years to 7 years old. This means that we will be opening a school-based nursery for 3-4 year olds in September.

Next steps:

• Over the next few weeks we will be formally changing the name of the school to St Helen’s Catholic Infant School and Nursery
• We will then prepare the Admissions Policy and Application Form
• We will be fundraising to furnish the nursery, so please remember to pay your school fund and support us as much as possible over the next few months with upcoming activities like the Christmas Biscuit Day and the Movie Night
• After Christmas we will be arranging school tours for prospective families and the application window will open
• Nursery places will be offered by the end of April 2026
• The nursery will open in September 2026
