School Meals

All infant school children are entitled to a free hot meal every day.  There is a meat option and a vegetarian option every day and you choose which you wish for your child.

 

Please Note: Once you book a school dinner, you MUST give a week’s notice to cancel it.

The Summer Term menu begins after the Easter holidays.

Packed Lunches

 

If you do not wish to take up this entitlement, you must send in a packed lunch for your child.  

Packed lunches should be put in a suitable named container and should be insulated.  Lunches should be 'Healthy'.

 

NOTE: All grapes must be cut in half lengthways

 

DO NOT include any of the following items ;

    

FROM SEPTEMBER 2023: Egg

Fish (including: salmon, tuna and all seafood)     

Peanuts            PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN PURCHASING CEREAL BARS

Peanut Butter               

Nuts                 

Fruit Winders

Individual Sweets

Lollipops        

Bars of Chocolate          

Crisps              

Fizzy Drinks

Glass bottles                             

Hot Food (e.g. Hot Soup in Flasks)

 

Healthy eating is a topic that is included within our curriculum - in Science, P.E. and PSHE. We would ask for your support in our aim to encourage healthy lunches and healthy lifestyles.
