Children's Mental Health Week 1st - 7th February 2021: Remote Learning

Autumn Term 2020

 

This week class teachers have been discussing mental health and wellbeing with the children.  They have been talking about what mental health is, how it is important like physical health and how these things affect our wellbeing. 

 

Worry wallets have been introduced in classes and children have talked about their different worries.  They have discussed what to do if they have a worry and how important it is to share worries, big or small, with someone if they are really worrying us. 

 

Children watched a story about a little girl who has some worries and we have watched a clip introducing mental health.
